Delivery

Czech Republic: Ordered goods are delivered within the Czech Republic by DPD courier service. For purchases over CZK 1,500 and delivery within the Czech Republic, the seller pays the delivery costs. The normal time of delivery from the moment the shipment is taken over by the delivery service is 1-3 working days. In the pre-Christmas period, the delivery time may be longer.

Other countries: Ordered goods are delivered within Slovakia by DPD courier service. For Slovakia, the free delivery promotion does not apply to purchases over 1500 CZK, and delivery costs are always borne by the buyer. Delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery service and you can find them in the shopping cart.

An incomplete or damaged delivery must be reported immediately by e-mail to the address info@designtrade.cz, a complaint must be filed with the deliverer and a copy of this message must be sent immediately by e-mail or by mail to the seller. If the complaint about damaged goods is not made on the day of acceptance, subsequent complaints regarding the incompleteness or damage of the delivery cannot be considered.

 

Payment

- by credit card in the e-shop,
- cash on delivery in case of delivery of goods (will be taken over by the deliverer from the buyer in cash).

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
